About the Project:
We are a leading football pitch project, offering a comprehensive playing experience and top-tier facilities. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the sales of bookings and associated services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and attract new clients.
- Manage and train the bookings team and customer service staff.
- Conduct market and competition analyses to improve offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns.
- Analyze data related to revenues, expenses, and business performance using Microsoft Excel with accuracy to provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
- Prepare reports and analyze data for regular review and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or management, preferably in the sports field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and office tools.
- High proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of 3,000 AED plus a performance-based commission. The commission can range from 2,000 to 5,000 AED, depending on sales targets achieved.
